We did a full day in the Florida back country fishing with Capt. Sal. He was professional and worked and taught us something every spot we stopped at. We pushed 26 miles to the backcountry try and caught speckled trout, than when to a Honey hole for Spanish Mackerel (one of the reasons we picked the wi tee trip.) ended up giving it a shot for some Bone fish and permit no luck but it was just a try. Our target was tarpon and Captain Sal delivered.  We travel all over the world to target bucket list fish and very happy we choose Captain.  Great guy, fun conversations and he knows his stuff.  Tide did not cooperate but he went above and beyond for us to land an 80 pound Tarpon.  Bonus fish was a Goliath Grouper.  Can’t wait to book him again!

We had a great time fishing with Hooligan Sportfishing.  Captain Dan (Captain Sal’s son) was excellent.  He checked in with every member of our group often and provided guidance to help us have the best experience possible.  We could barely cast our line into the water before we were all catching fish!  He even provided tips for cooking the fish that we caught.  We would be happy to fish with Captain Dan again in the future.

We had such a great time and learned a lot from Capt Sal!! Not only did the boys catch some mangrove snapper, Ladyfish, and Pinfish, I myself caught a Shark, and then my youngest son caught the best one of our fishing trip with help from Capt Sal, a Hammerhead Shark!! Capt was very patient with my busy, excited boys and they ended up learning so much from him and it paid off in the end! When and if we are ever back down in the Keys, we will definitely be hitting up Capt Sal!! 😊🦈

We had 3 hours fishing with captain Sol and we enjoyed it a lot! My kids (two boys 11 and 8 years old) caught more than 40 fishes each. Captain Sol was really patient and helpful with kids. He taught them some tricks and guided excellent. We had a lot of fun and I highly recommend captain Sol.
