Captain Dan could not have worked harder to make our day on the ocean a memorable experience. We have no hesitation in recommending him for your next fishing adventure.

Had a great time, even with high winds Capt. Chase put us on fish to fill the cooler.  Got some variety and he was very knowledgeable and personable.  Catered exactly to what we wanted to do but was able to give feedback on what made the most sense in the conditions.  Seahunter handled well for a 24’ boat and we all stayed dry.

We had an extraordinary experience fishing with Captain Sal. Too much to detail it, but I will just say that it made our trip to the Keys very special and memorable! He is a great fisherman and a humble kind human, and I was happy that we had this experience.

My husband and I were really looking forward to our fishing charter, but unfortunately, it was not the experience we hoped for. The night before, we reached out to the captain about potentially cancelling due to the weather. This is when the captain stated he was recovering from a broken foot but assured us everything would be fine with his foot and the weather would be okay.  Despite these concerns, the captain assured us that everything would be fine and encouraged us to move forward.

Sadly, that reassurance didn’t hold up. Of the six hours we were out, we only had our poles in the water for about an hour. The rest of the time was spent trying to outrun storms. Now, I understand that fishing doesn’t always result in catching fish, but the real disappointment came from how unprepared the captain seemed. The weather made fishing almost impossible, and instead of rescheduling or making any adjustments to the trip, we were left feeling like it was a wasted day on the water.

We were still charged the full price despite the lack of fishing time and the dangerous weather conditions. Given the circumstances, I truly believe the captain should have cancelled and allowed us to reschedule for a safer and more enjoyable experience. I’ve been on plenty of fishing charters, and this one, unfortunately, failed to meet even the basic expectation of actually trying to fish.
