Hicham I apologize for you feeling like you did not get your monies worth….. as far as fishing by the Marina that’s where the fish were …… live bait was scarce that day and we went looking for good fresh bait right before the trip started that is why there was some grassy debris on the deck and he arrived a few minutes late …. That is part of catching live bait…. (That time was provided on the back end of the trip)…. We strive and work hard for every customer equally…. I again apologize for you not feeling like you got your money’s worth. Tarpon fishing is a trophy hunt where your success rate is not nearly as high as other types of fishing we do here in the keys ….. I hope in the future you give us the opportunity to provide a better day on the water for you and your son

Todd I am sorry you feel that way ….. bear in mind you chartered a 24 bay boat so yes there may have been a lot larger vessels that could go out in the Atlantic….. the evening before your trip I told you we could not fish on the Atlantic side because of weather and offered to cancel trip or gave you the option to fish on the Gulf side you chose to fish instead of Cancel….. I always always put safety ahead of everything…. I also recollect you caught quite a bit of fish you just did not catch any keeper sized fish which I also told you ahead of time that on the Gulfside keepers are few and far between…. Again I am sorry you felt short changed but I take the safety of my customers very very seriously…. Have a wonderful New Year !
