I grew up in a fishing family. My dad liked to creek fish for Trout. That was too buggy and brushy for me, so I always stuck to fishing with my grandpa on the open water. I was an elementary teacher and when I became a principal, I moved to Manistee, Michigan, located on the shore of Lake Michigan. Once I was there, I caught the big water bug and couldn't stop!

    Great Fishing Trip

    6 Hour Morning Lake Erie Walleye • 2 adults • 1 child

    Captain Mike did a fantastic job from the Moment he met us at the dock to the moment he dropped us off. He did a great job of working with my 9 year old Grandson, showing him the ropes of Detroit River fishing. Captain Mike adjusted fishing tactics on the fly to adjust for changing water and weather conditions conditions which allowed us to “bring home dinner” for 2 families. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a great day fishing. Richard

The boat is clean, well-equipped, and the atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. Whether you’re a first-time angler or an experienced fisherman, you’ll have a great time.     Sons first Ludington kings

    6 Hour Trip – Salmon (AM) • 2 adults

    After a slow start Captain Mike Made adjustments and ended the day with a good recovery. Mike found his fish control button (inside joke). Had a nice double and some nice fish. Had a great time getting my son on his first Ludington salmon. Kings and Coho.

    Captain Mike was great! We caught a bunch of big salmon and enjoyed a beatiful night on the water on our family vacation. I highly recommend this charter!
