- Captain Duane has been fishing since he was 4 and has a great love of the outdoors. He started wade fish and drift boat guiding on Lake Taneycomo in 2006. In 2008, he got his US Coast Guard license and guided 8 consecutive seasons in Alaska while still guiding during the Alaskan off-season on Lake Taneycomo. He has guided year round on Lake Taneycomo for the past 5 years. Captain Duane truly enjoys teaching people of all ages new techniques and helping to take personal skills to the next level, creating memories to last a lifetime.

- Captain Duane specializes in targeting large Trout with jerkbaits that he custom paints and strike triggering techniques, during the day and at night. A guided Trout excursion at night is a trip to the Dark Side where the nocturnal predators of water can become very active and has made many not want to fish during the day again.
