It’s called fishing not catching. We were lucky to catch a few fish early but the wind picked up before the storm rolled in and they stopped biting. It wasn’t for a lack of trying. Captain Michael took us to numerous spots, they just weren’t biting. Capt. Michael was a joy to spend the morning with and we enjoyed being out on the water and chatting. I highly recommend calling Michael for all of your your charter needs.

A without exception, this was a spectacular trip. Throughout the 5 hour trip we stopped at various spots along the St John’s. My dad grew up fishing and I never cast a line - Captain Mike has the ability to span all expertise levels. I got to catch my first fish, he filleted it, and we ate it (picture shown!) Had a great trip with Capt. Mike.  He was exceptionally accommodating by agreeing to delay our departure waiting for weather to pass.  Turned out to be a great day with lots of great fishing action.  As an added bonus he even shared his favorite recipe for cooking the fish.  It was delicious. Highly recommend.

Capt Mike is great 3rd time being out and he always makes sure you get fish on the boat.
