Boat was not nice. Crew smoked cigarettes all day… Which actually smelled better than the diesel fumes… Which actually smelled better than the bathroom. Old windows in front that don’t open makes it hard to see anything except out the back of the boat and holds the diesel fumes, but headache leaves after about an hour of getting off the boat!

Half day 4hours

The trip was just okay. Did more riding around than fishing. Lost anchor towards the beginning of the trip and after that it just seemed to be not well together. Overall, I was kinda disappointed because I did this as a honeymoon gift for my husband and expected a better experience.

We go out on charter boats several times a year.  This by far was the worst experience we’ve ever had.  “Captain” Dave was a sexist and racist **** the entire trip.

He started off by directing us to the “Arab shop” to get snacks.  Throughout the trip he referred to me as “sweetie” never once addressing me by name.  It didn’t come across as a southern term of endearment but rather came off as “you poor stupid female.”  My husband had to walk away after getting off the boat to avoid a confrontation he was so livid.  We didn’t keep the fish we caught just to get out of his presence.  He was belittling to us the entire trip, whipped out his penis to pee off the side of the boat without warning.  Seemed more interested in fishing himself rather than giving instruction and allowing us to do the fishing which is what we paid for. 

I could go on but it was an awful experience.  He doesn’t have the disposition to succeed in a service based industry in our opinion.
