We go out on charter boats several times a year.  This by far was the worst experience we’ve ever had.  “Captain” Dave was a sexist and racist **** the entire trip.

He started off by directing us to the “Arab shop” to get snacks.  Throughout the trip he referred to me as “sweetie” never once addressing me by name.  It didn’t come across as a southern term of endearment but rather came off as “you poor stupid female.”  My husband had to walk away after getting off the boat to avoid a confrontation he was so livid.  We didn’t keep the fish we caught just to get out of his presence.  He was belittling to us the entire trip, whipped out his penis to pee off the side of the boat without warning.  Seemed more interested in fishing himself rather than giving instruction and allowing us to do the fishing which is what we paid for. 

I could go on but it was an awful experience.  He doesn’t have the disposition to succeed in a service based industry in our opinion.

Captain Dave had an accident the night before the trip so our 7:00 am charter turned into a 1:30 in the afternoon the next day charter. That was a bummer since it was in the heat of the day BUT we understand that things happen. The fishing equipment was old, the live bait died because there was no live well on the boat. One fish was caught the entire day. Captain Dave was not real personable and was condescending with his sweetie remarks. It was super disappointing and an entire wasted day.
