My family came to visit from out of state and we have all loved fishing since we were very young so we figured it would be a great idea to go on a charter in hopes of more exposure to bigger fish. We appreciate the time and effort that Travis provided during our 6 hour trip. We didn’t have any luck getting a fish onboard for the first three hours but, once we took the bumpy ride out to the Atlantic he got us a boatload of bait fish and we were able to reel in a few Spanish Mackerel, and a Shark. Took quite a few losses during the adventure but, that didn’t take away from the beautiful day we enjoyed on the water. Once we got back to the marina we had 6 Spanish Mackerel to take home. Travis did a great job cleaning the fish and even took a few pictures for us. Thank you Travis for the experience! Of note, if you prefer active fishing yourself (casting, baiting & proactive reeling) this may not be the experience for you. During the majority of the trip, Travis did the casting, baiting, and would hand over the rod when the fish was set. Not really my type of fishing but, perfect for anyone just trying to get a feel for boat fishing or that gets motion sickness from moving around a smaller boat on the ocean.
