I have been fishing hard since I was 8 years old. At 49 I decided to become a captain and to show people what I have learned in the 31 years of experience I have. I have perfected the live bait technique and my customers love it. I also lure fish and jig the flats. I have won multiple fishing tournaments with my style of fishing.

    Full Day Scalloping Trip /Max 4 ppl • 4 adults

    Great experience with Captain Randy again, put us on the scallops in a less crowded area. Had our limit pretty quick and even had time to snag a trout or two. We'll be booking again no doubt, thanks Capt.

    Full Day Scalloping Trip /Max 4 ppl • 3 adults

    Was my groups first time scalloping. Weather didn't cooperate early but Cpt. Randy kept it positive and we were able to get out. We all got scallops and he even went as far as trying to get us on a red fish or triple tail and we got both. Overall great experience and great capt, will definitely be returning

    Thank you guys and girls for toughen it out with me, we battled the early morning weather managed to get a few scallops and then went fishing and caught some quality fish!

    Scallop trip with Capt. Randy

    This is our second trip with Capt.Randy and we will be back again next year! Another year and another awesome scallop trip he put us on the scallops even though they were harder to find and this year we had our ten year old and another adult both on their first scallop trip and he was extremely patient and a gracious host, as they didn’t scallop and more so wanted to enjoy snorkeling and being on the boat. He told them stories to keep them entertained and also kept us all in the loop for the current scallop season if you need a captain look no further!

Scallop season will be closing soon and you're not likely to find any Tarpon near Homosassa by the start of fall. But it's still a great time to fish for Snook, Cobia, Redfish, and other species inshore.
