The Medusa is an older boat, but everything you need is there. Captain Lance and mate Jack are very knowledgeable and friendly guys, easy to talk to. Unfortunately we did not catch anything this trip, but seemed like no one else was either! Enjoyed the beautiful scenery anyway

Had an absolute great time on the Medusa with Captain Lance and deckhand Jack. Very professional and helpful getting us oriented with the boat and fishing technique. Landed a 225 lb blue Marlin within 45 mins of fishing! Very fun, we will be back - would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing time!  Captain Lance had us on our first hook up within the first hour with a nice blue marlin and then a mahi mahi about an hour later.  We finished with a double hookup and went 1 for 2 on striped marlin.  Crew was easy to talk to and were patient with us when it came to reeling!  Thanks Lance and Jack for a great time on the water today!  You guys rocked it!

Our family had an amazing time on our trip! We went at 6am, for 6 hours, with Lance and Jack, and it was great. It was much calmer fishing off Kona than off O’ahu, and both of the kids caught a blue marlin, around 150lb/95in. each. We also saw an entire pod of dolphins, all around the boat, playing in the wake and by the bow. Would definitely recommend this tour - the captain obviously knows where he’s going and what he’s doing.

Had a great day fishing with Captain Lance and deck hand John. Many years experience with these two. They definitely knew what they were doing and went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. I mentioned I did not want to fish for Marlin I only wanted to fish for ono, mahi-mahi and ahi tuna. Lance did a great job catching us some fish to eat while we are here on the island.  I would definitely recommend this charter.
