Outstanding day with Captain Sal and his crew. Our fishing trip included a full tour around the island, complete with Sal’s intimate knowledge of the Isle of Capri, followed by swimming and snorkeling. Sal and his crew cooked our catch on board and served an incredible meal complete with homemade bread, olive oil from his own olive farm and the freshest mozzarella we have ever had. We had a wonderful evening fishing trip with Sal! He and his father were excellent hosts and instructors as we fished along the beautiful coast and enjoyed a glorious sunset. Each person caught several fish and once it was dark, we were treated to a delicious meal, all home made, which included the fish we caught and lovely Prosecco. It was a truly memorable evening!
