I definitely don’t want this to be a negative review because the thing with fishing is that there are just some things you can’t control.

When my family and I got there, we were greeted by Stephen who is incredibly friendly. We sincerely enjoyed him during our trip. He was very kind and was easy to conversation with.

My dad and I are fishers. We love to do it so I booked the trip for when he was visiting me. I was very excited for us to catch some fish. That didn’t happen. Not even a bite. I wish I was exaggerating. Now, this isn’t necessarily Stephen’s fault. However, my dad and I were frustrated that we only had one choice of bait. If the fish aren’t biting then you try a different bait. That’s how fishing works. Everything was supplied to us so all we got the entire four hours was shrimp. We thought this was strange. Maybe if we had a different bait then we could’ve had something but we didn’t even have the option.

Although we enjoyed ourselves, it was definitely hard to justify the price of the trip when we came back with nothing. It was the most expensive boat ride we’ve ever taken. Not even a bite. Again, I understand that you have unlucky days but this just seemed almost too unlucky. If you decide to book, I would suggest maybe bringing another bait option yourself because you never know what the fish may want that day. No disrespect to anyone, I am just very sad and feel like I spent a lot of money with nothing to show for it.
