Captain Billy started fishing in the bass ponds of Maryland when he was a kid. It was his favorite thing to do! He fully dedicated himself to this sport when he moved to Palm Beach County, where he fished competitively both inshore and offshore. Fishing the Florida waters for almost 3 decades got him the experience and knowledge not a lot of captains have.
