This was my 2nd trip in two years with the duo and it was just as great as the first! For the past two years I’ve chartered Bonehead and have taken my family out for a day of fishing, and we’ve loved it. Last year we caught about 10 (Spanish Mackerel & Bluefish) and this year we added even more, 15 in total. The weather (ocean) wasn’t really cooperating due to a rough inlet. But Jimmy and Mitch made the best out of it by staying in the sound and getting plenty of fish on the lines. They even circled back for a lost hat that was blown off the head of my nephew…the true Bonehead of the bunch! Mitch is a blast to talk with when things slow down. If you have questions about fishing and hunting (bear) just ask Mitch, he’s a great guy. Jimmy is as cool as he looks. I’m not sure anything can get him rattled, and Mitch proved it with a few fishing stories. I can’t say enough about the guys other than go ahead and book a trip with them, you won’t regret it. I’ll see them again next year. Thanks fellas!

Captain Jimmy and first mate Mitch are absolutely amazing! This was our first time ever fishing on a charter boat and they made our experience one we will never forget! Mitch was awesome and so personable. We loved his company and he is so knowledgeable! He was great with our 11 year old son and made sure he was having a great time as well. I highly recommend this fishing charter! We will definitely book again with them. We haven’t stopped talking about it! Great memories were definitely made today. Highly recommend this trip for anyone interested in fishing the waters of Hatteras!  Jimmy and Mitch were awesome.  Mitch took the time with my son to show him the proper techniques need to land some fish,, as well as safely handling mackerel and blues that we landed.
Jimmy worked the entire trip to put us over some fish, and we even were entertained by a large pod of porpoise.
Don’t hesitate to book a trip on this boat!

The captain and mate professional and polite put us on fish right out of the slip and kept the action up all morning! .From first timer to fishing experienced we had the best day! We will definitely be booking again next year with Bonehead ! Captian and first mate Jason made us memories forever!

This was family’s first adventure with a fishing charter and I couldn’t have chosen a better Boat, Captain and Mate than Bonehead with Capt. Jimmy and Mitch!

We didn’t catch the most fish, but we caught plenty and most importantly but we had a great time, and Mitch was great with all the questions from my confident and independent 8 year old!

He even gave us some excellent advice about visiting Ocracoke and he was spot-on!

10/10, will book again!
