- Been fishing sense I was old enough to walk. My dad ran a charter boat when I was young on Lake Erie and Lake Michigan till we moved down south. I fished crappie tournaments all over the Southeast. I enjoy being on the water and taking people fishing. The smile that is on peoples face when they’re catching fish is what made me want to get into chartering especially when that smile is on a kids face.๏ฟผ
- Techniques
- We will be fishing Michigan or Ohio waters depending on the bit. From mid April to mid March on Ratchetjaw Charters will jig blade baits and jigs in Maumee Bay.๏ฟผ The rest of the year we will be trolling. We will be using Stick baits like deep diving walleye bandits or husky jerks, wiggle warts and spoons. We will be utilizing ๏ฟผDipsy divers, inline planner boards as well as big boards depending on the time of year and speeds that being ran. I would gladly teach you how to run anything I use if you would like to learn. ๏ฟผ
