So we booked this trip for our son and daughter in law to join us for fishing in the hatch. We started out a little slow but when we got into the thick of things with sheepshead we had a fantastic day they were absolutely hitting for us. We caught a bunch of grunts along with some porgy and sea bass to round it all out. Great time with a great Captain and crew very attentive to our needs and absolutely flawless when it was time for “Fish On”.

We had a blast with Melissa and Shade. They had us on fish for the entire time. We booked for 4 people inshore. Boat was very stable, equipment was top notch, and they were great to hang out with. I would highly recommend going with this crew! I hope we can make it down during scallop season to book with Good Times again!!

By far the best people to charter with. Second time going with them and they give the best experience ever. First time my 3 kids went and they had an absolute blast. Didn’t get to fish for sheepshead because they left and weren’t biting. Captain messaged me a couple of days before to let me know and we decided to go on out and catch a heck of a mess of porgy and seabass. We will be chartering again. Great folks and great experience!

We chartered with Good Times for our 5 year anniversary and they did not disappoint. They went above and beyond what was expected. Captain Melissa and her first mate Shade put us on fish almost everytime we stopped. I had never pulled in anything with some great size too it and even though we couldn’t keep them because they were out of season they put us on some amber jack. This was an experience we will never forget. We also booked earlier this year and with huge increase in the price of gas they honored the rate we had booked. This crew loves what they do. We are planning to book again and bring the kids. ***Captain even took a little dip in the water!**** thank you guys for the awesome time

We went 57 miles off the coast to target Amberjack and Grouper. We got into fish immediately and had steady action all day. Amberjack was the main focus for me and Melissa and Shade did everything they could to get us on the fish. Of course I hook the biggest AJ of the day and the tax man comes and takes his share. Add another 20 minute fight and I pulled up a 6’ to 7’ shark. After that, a lot more sharks showed up so we moved 10 miles. We got on some good sized strawberry grouper and grunts. A large bait ball circled the boat and fish were jumping like the were being chased but we never saw by what. Overall my wife and I had an amazing trip. Captain Melissa and Shade have a nice boat with good equipment. They baited my wife’s hooks and helped her land her fish. They were very attentive to the needs of the customer. I have been on dozens of charters with some good and some really bad so I have a realistic expectation of what to expect. I would recommend Good Time Charters for a quality experience.
