Our afternoon trip yielded two white seabass including this monster. We will start seeing more and more of these hard fighting delicious fish in the bay in the next couple months.

Dungeness Crab + Sand Dab Fishing

First nice people and nice boat. Wouldn’t let us throw a line and watched them crab for 4 hours. Felt like we paid for them to catch their limits in crab. We booked the night before then they called 6am day of trip and acted like they were doing us a favor. We are avid fishermen and have been on 20+charters. This was by far the most disappointing and boring one yet. They would hardly let us even throw a line. I think I would spend the $1800 on another charter

We’re sorry you did not enjoy your trip. However you booked at 12:45am for a 7am departure and we’re told the weather was unsuitable for offshore fishing. We offered you a CRAB ONLY trip after communicating this with you to which you agreed. (Which was not $1800) We do understand that crabbing is not as hands on as conventional rod and reel fishing and you probably prefer being more involved. Unfortunately it is not safe for us to let clients operate the winch or have their fingers... More

We do understand that crabbing is not as hands on as conventional rod and reel fishing and you probably prefer being more involved. Unfortunately it is not safe for us to let clients operate the winch or have their fingers injured or broken by sorting Dungeness Crab.

Also you did fish and go home with a bag of fish. We understand you wanted to cast the line into the water but we explained that type of fishing gear we use for bottom fishing in 200’ of water is not meant for casting.
