So trolling yes for your halfday trip ten miles offshore. Two people that come aboard were still drunk from the night before and were sick before leaving the dock. Planned to leave at 7am and left dock at 730… Messaged at 6:15 explaining the issue to push back.  We caught one 25lb kingfish,one amber jack, blackfin tuna, and six barracudas.
Trolling two planners causes tangles when wind is blowing NE and current it 6 knots. We use strip baits catch fresh bait when we’re out there and strip them out for trolling. Seems ole Dan should open his own charter business down here and show us how it’s done. Very productive day of fishing. If you expect to catch a marlin on a halfday trip you will always be disappointed. Arranged client to take tours outside of the city two days later. This was his message to me as I’ll cut and paste it.

Thanks for the trip today. We had a great time.
About a driver for Thursday, we are in for that if is around   40 or 50 dollars.
We would want to leave around 7:00 am and return around 4:00 pm. We would like the driver to swing us by the covid testing place in Boca grande before we leave town.
We would like to go to the selva and walk around for awhile. Perhaps see some wildlife.
Can you arrange that for us?

Hey there. Showing up late to the dock….... Asking for your mother in law to be dropped off at a beach resort….. Smaller kids on the boat….. Couple issues here not allowing us to push so far offshore based on skills and safety. The day on the boat includes driving around dropping off and picking up guests from the island resort. Cutting into fishing time.  When we spoke to you after the trip you were happy. Kids had a good time fishing and driving the boat…. Not sure why your not understanding the true facts here.
