Chef Charles provides an amazing and unique experience not only fishing but with his culinary skills as he prepared our catch for dinner! We caught several different types of fish including shark! Chef Charles has a great boat and equipment and was quick to bait hooks and help reel the catch in if needed. His attentiveness allowed us to constantly catch fish and the time that our poles were out of the water was very minimal! We had so much fun as Chef Charles is also great company! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Capitan Charles is a very easy going & fun Capitan.  We went out on a very calm day & almost no current, it was a slow start to fishing, but Capitan Charles moved us to a couple spots & boom!  Fish on!!!  We landed several nice fish!  Then after cooked us the most amazing meal & delivered to our room!  We will definitely be contacting him again next time we are in town!  I would absolutely recommend choosing this Capitan!

Me my wife and 2 boys (5/6 years old) all had a blast fishing with Chef Charles and Jaylen, we’re all new to fishing and never fished saltwater but it didn’t take long before the boys were hooking and reeling in their own fish and having a great time! We were concerned about the boys catching on but they had great help and lots of patience. After we returned to shore Chef cooked us our fish and an amazing meal that even our “very picky“ son enjoyed, thanks for everything!

We booked a day that gave us beautiful weather conditions, but the fish were not overly active.  Charles put us in the spots to succeed and we still managed to pull in some fish.  My 13 year old son even got to reel in a large Barracuda. 

Charles and his son were pleasant with our group and patient with our lack of experience.  If we lost a hook or bait, they had another rod ready for us to get back in the water right away.  They also helped coach us on what to do once we were hooked up and would help hold the rod on bigger fish. 

We had enough fun on the trip alone but Charles insisted that he cook the fish we caught for us.  We didn’t catch enough to feed our family of 8 but Charles went above and beyond and cooked us our fish (plus more that he caught on other trips), ribs, roasted potatoes, corn, rice, and even key lime pie.  All of it was fantastic!  I wished we lived in the area so that we could go more often.

Capt Charles goes out 110% to satisfy his customers in every way. He’s very knowledgeable about fishing. Captain Charles is very good with people especially kids of all ages. He will upon arrival clean the catch of the day, cook your meal and deliver it to you!
