Captain Johnny was born and raised on the island and knew the waters like the back of his hand.  He worked hard to make sure we caught fish.  I would definitely recommend him to others and fish with him again the next time we are in Hatteras.

We had a great time with captain johnny. He knew exactly where to go and how to read the ocean. He put us on some big blues, Spanish mackerel, speckled trout, and red drum! He took his time and had patience with us! Nice, clean boat also!

Fishing wasn’t great but captain johnny was honest and warned us that it wouldn’t be, we chose to go out anyways and caught a few stingrays and a redfish. After the bite slowed Johnny took us to an island full of crabs for my kids to catch. Captain johnny was really nice, helpful and was good with the kiddos. Great trip with Johnny! He was professional and listened to our needs; came through with catching some Big Amberjacks and Mackeral! My son wanted a big fish to show his friends and Johnny made it happen, great job sir!

Weather wasn’t great but Captain Johnny did an amazing job getting us to where the fish were. While most other boats that day were skunked we caught our limit on Reds and more. He was a very knowledgeable and personable ship captain. If you find yourself looking for a charter in the outer banks I would highly advise you give Captain Johnny a call.
