We are so sorry to read that Holly had some disappointment with her trip.  I have reached out to her and have yet to get a reply.  We have looked at this problem and have discussed this situation with the Capitan.  It seems that there was some miscommunication and we had a substitute sailor who we will not use again.  We work really hard to meet the needs of our customers and really regret that this happened.  It is not the way we normally do business.  We hope to be able to make it right for Holly when we get in contact with her.
