The boat was highly rated when I researched and the Captain and crew were adequate. We did catch a fish. Nothing above and beyond the basics to earn a higher rating

The trip was great. Captain Dwight was knowledgeable and got me on a tuna almost immediately. Later I was able to land a mahi mahi. The boat was well equipped with plenty of shade and advantage points for great views. We were fortunate and even saw a blue whale and her calf. The bath room was clean. The crew was accomadating and friendly.

I’ve been on a lot of deep sea charters, and this crew was among the best. Captain Mario knew exactly where to go to keep the cooler stocked high with Mahi Mahi, and First Mate Tony worked tirelessly in keeping the baits fresh and all 8 rods primed for action. I’d definitely recommend doing a full day vs 4hrs. It made all the difference in our catch. I’d HIGHLY recommend Captain Mike’s!

Great attention to detail by captain and mate throughout entire date. Regularly adjusted the lure spread, replaced baits frequently, swapped out lures to find the ones that worked the best. Very affable guys to be around. Boat was in excellent condition and kept clean throughout the trip. They worked hard to get us on fish. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

The crew and boat were excellent. Our first mate did anything and everything he could to get the fish to bite, but they just didn’t. That’s why it called fishing and not catching.k
