Mark, I had an Awesome time fishing with you and your son. He is quite proficient with a fly rod and he now has me hooked on fly fishing also. Nikolai, I had a lot of fun teaching Colleen how to fish for the first time and fishing with you. She did so well catching Bonita, Sand Bass, Barracuda, Mackerel and that monster Calico that I am sure she will want to fish more. I loved it when she screamed as she saw that Calico hit her lure and pull drag as it ran in the kelp! That was a nice catch! Let me know when you want to go again, it was a blast! Kevin

Kevin was nice, the boat was average but clean BUT the lack of consideration for a 3 hour trip was poor. 9am trip and he pulls into the dock at 9:05, after loading and seeing our fishing license 9:10 we depart. He picks us up at the furthest south point in a wake free channel that takes 25 mins to get out of and as we are wxiting I look on my phone and see a public boat ramp that would of avoided the wasted 25 mins. The public launch ramp you speak of is not for charters to use for pick up. Where we pick up is the only approved pick up location in Huntington Beach. We buy live bait for a better success rate for you and there is only one place to buy it from. We can not use throw nets in California and can either catch bait by hook and line or buy it. I apologize for the captain being a few minutes late and i will talk to him about that.
