The bite was slow, but of course there was nothing he could do about that. He tired hard to have us catch lots by keeping bait on the lines and Switching spots for us.  he told funny jokes in the meantime. It was a wonderful experience. We ended up catching a good handful of sea trout and two string rays which was really cool to us. We got to see dolphins on the way back and the boat ride was very nice to top it off. Thank you captain froggy for the experience and your efforts on the hot day!

We took a 4 hour charter with Captain Froggy and had a great time! He was super cool and had a great sense of humor. We had some tough winds on an otherwise gorgeous day and captain froggy tried like heck to get us into some fish given the conditions, trying multiple spots and techniques. We were able to wrangle in a couple of stingrays which were fun fights!  Not the species we were going for but it was not for lack of effort of captain froggy,  personally I blame the bananas. One of our group that morning had a banana and according to the captain, bananas are bad luck lol. We still had a really great time!  On the way back to port, we came across a large pod of dolphins and the captain kept up with them so we could watch them, really capped off a great day on the boat!  Regardless of the fish not cooperating, it was a great day on the water and we will DEFINITELY fish with him again!  HIGGLY RECOMMEND!!!

Met captain Froggy at 8:00 am. Our ocean trip was changed to the sound due to weather conditions.  He contacted us the day before to explain what was going on with the weather.
We weren’t happy, but accepted the challenge. First tried for bigger fish, with no luck. Then he moved us to a different area to fish for whitings (sea mullets). In total we caught 34 fish, including 2 lizard fish, 2 puffer fish, and 1 spot fish. We all had a great time. Especially Michele who caught the most fish. Captian Froggy has a good sense of humor.  We were all pleased with our experience.

My name’s Justin, this was my first fishing trip, the trip with Captain Froggy was PERFECT!!!! The bait he uses attracts BIG fish, and his fishing rods were great! He knew EXACTLY where the fish were, and he attracts fish with his awesome fish call “Here fishy, fishy fishy! Come here you little buddies ” Overall, this was one of the greatest experiences of my LIFE, and I would wanna do it MANY more times!

Captain Froggy’s charter was a great experience! We enjoyed the ride, the scenery, the Captain’s company and the fishing time. Captain Froggy worked hard to find us a good fishing location, coordinating with other captains to locate good areas. He was fantastic with our 12 year old who really liked him and wants to repeat the experience at the first opportunity. Awesome charter!
