I booked this as a bday gift for my husband. We were joined by his brother and father. Captain Jim let us know before the trip that the fish weren’t biting and offered a refund. I appreciate his honesty but this trip was more about getting people together. We enjoyed the Captain’s hospitality and have no doubt he went through his whole bag of tricks to try to find a fish. We had some bites, but lost them. We still had a great time and have already booked another trip for next year.... More

The charter operation canceled 1 days after the trip date.

Great experience!  Captain and First Mate did a great job.  We started off with 2 Brown first thing in the morning.  Then the sun came up and it got very hot and humid, we had multiple hits and few more on, but unfortunately they got off.  They did their best to find us fish!  Hopefully,  we will have better luck next year.  Thanks for a great experience on Lake Ontario! 🐟

Captain James was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the conditions and fish. We have a rough day out on the water and we were on some fish but unfortunately the weather had other plans. Captain James made sure everything was the best it possibly could be given the wind and waves. I would highly recommend Fishlander for any adventure!
