We had an awesome day of fishing with Captain Jesse! He put us on the fish quickly and we were soon reeling in redfish and blue catfish. We had such a great time on scenic Calaveras Lake, it was spectacular! I highly recommend chartering a fishing trip with Captain Jesse at Scale Chaser, he is an expert fisherman, and he knows the lake conditions and he knows how to find the fish! This was my second trip with this Captain he always does a great job providing a fun trip with me and my family!

We really enjoyed our time fishing with Captain Jesse! He was friendly, had great communication and worked to make sure we found the fish! We just did catch and release since we were leaving but it would have made a very nice meal and then some for all of us! We would recommend Captain Jesse to anyone and definitely go again!

Caught 1 early two hours dident catch anything was not jesses fault he was on the fish they just were not biting and wind was heavy but about 12 we caught 4 fast ended up with 6 big ones total I recommend jesse knows his stuff

Jesse is a fantastic captain who immediately put us on fish. He knew his stuff and we had a great time. Caught our limit in no time and then enjoyed a lot of catch and release. I highly recommend him.
