We regret the experience you’ve had on board Becky and we will take the points mentioned very seriously and as room for improvement.
To note that from mid July to end of September is when we have our South East monsoon and weather is very unpredictable but it is actually one of the best time for catching sailfish, wahoo and yellow fin but we all know that not every fishing trip brings a good catch.
We offer private trips and the variety of drinks was in the cooler and my sincere apology for the mis communication.
We normally do not offer snacks for half day fishing but it is a good point that we are taking on board and considering in future.
We are also normally flexible with the hours especially when the client has not had a good catch but unfortunately I had a trip in the afternoon.
To conclude we do appreciate your views and welcome all your negative feedback and we will work on same so that we may offer better services to our future clients.
