Mike was great! He grew up on these waters so he was very knowledgeable. As an ex local, that also grew up here, I knew we were in good hands. He has great gear and and a great boat. We had a FANTASTIC time with Captain Mike! He is knowledgeable about the waters that we fished in. He also has an innate love for nature. Captain Mike was a great guide. From the start, he was punctual and informed us of everything we’d be doing for the day. He also had a livewell full of good baits to last us all day. The fishing on our specific day was alittle tough. Fish were being very finicky and it was much windier than the forecast projected to be, however Mike still found a way to get us on some fish. I come down to visit my buddy every year. The last couple years that we have gone out fishing we didn’t catch much, let alone a keeper. This trip was amazing! We caught several type of fish! Along w captain Mike being an amazing mentor and captain! He helped explain what fish we were gonna catch, how to and what they would consist of! Was just a blast! Would reccomend!
