Trent and Sydney, you guys made the day perfect!!!! Thank you for everything. I’m glad you didn’t freeze wearing those flip flops in 50 degree weather… ANIMAL. 😂Happy honeymoon!! We had a great day fishing with Mike. We fished multiple areas with shots at Tarpon, Redfish, and Snook. My wife caught a nice redfish on a 9wt fly rod, and I caught a snook. We saw a mother manatee and baby, lots of sharks and rays, and a playful dolphin that swam in the boats wake. Mikes Flats boat is impeccable and it was obvious he takes very good care of it. I highly recommend Mike, he’s friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable about the area of Cape Coral and all the estuaries.

Thank you for all of the kind words Damien and Sydney!! It was a pleasure watching you both work your magic with that fly rod. We have to get that big tarpon to eat!! Went out with Capt. Mike/Dragonfly Charters for a 1/2 day 4hr trip. Capt. Mike definitely works his a** off for you….! Went for Sea Trout and some Snook’s. While the Snooks were scarce, the Sea Trout were hitting and we got some cool action with them, plus a couple keepers for dinner!! I would def book with Capt. Mike & Dragonfly charters again. Note: The Boat is small (16 ft.) so it’s only big enough for 2 adults & the Capt. (Max!). But a lot of Fun!!... More

I booked a 3/4 day trip with captain Mike. And it was great! Mike put me on the fish right from the get go. After 10 minutes fishing I hooked a 15-20 pound Snook. Lost it at the boat. Then spotted sea trout and snapper for the cooler. We had top water action and tried the fly. Has contact with a big Cobia. Mike was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable! Ended the day with sight fishing red fish. Caught my first red fish! Perfect end to a perfect day on the water (:-
