It was an honor to take you guys out fishing and your company was very much appreciated. Our captain Manuel and first mate Cheyenne with over 28 years experience each on Capullo use all their knowledge to put our customers on the fish. We were certainly fortunate yesterday with a good haul of mahi mahi, yellow fin tuna and striped mackerel. Hi Darren, thank you for your review. The fishing has been slow this past week. March is normally a very windy month in this area of Costa Rica which does cool the water temperature down. This last week the winds have dropped which has made it very hot and possibly affected the fishing. However Costa Rica is hot all year round and we have some great fishing here so we can’t say that any specific month is not a good time or fishing. Some days/weeks are better than others and unfortunately you had a slow day. Hope you come back & have a successful trip the next time.
