Oscar and Jorge worked the lines and worked the bait the whole time. They were determined to catch fish even on a slow day. They went the extra mile and stayed out extra time just to catch another fish. They never gave up and we caught our fish in the last hour and a half. Great time for all. They knew where to find the bait and the big fish. 👍🏽

Oscar and his mate worked hard to put us on tuna.  We were right in the middle of a thousand dolphins and fishing hard.  The tuna were not biting for any of the boats.  My recommendation is to do a whole day for Off Shore fishing it’s too far out and you will run out of time.  Oscar will get you on the fish and he will work hard to help you catch them. Booked this trip for my husband and his friends and they had an amazing time! They didn’t catch any fish (how she goes sometimes) but they saw an absolutely insane amount of dolphins when looking for the tuna (we’re talkin hundreds), which made it all worth it! The tuna were just starting to bite when they had to head back, that’s fishing for you!

Oscar was a wonderful captain, even including some surprises for my husbands 30th birthday! He also offered to keep the boys out longer to catch something but one of them was a sea sick and had to go back.  Highly recommend to anyone looking for a day out on the water.

Me and my friends had an amazing time with Oscar (Captain) and his brother aboard the Quepos Osmak Fishing Charter. Communication with Oscar was always easy and very clear from the moment we booked the trip. Oscar met us at the Marina, and was ready to go as soon as we got there! We went out in search of Needle fish, Jacks, and Roosters! We booked a half day with Oscar, and he put us on the fish quick. We immediately caught a Needle, and 4 jacks after that. Oscar and his brother were always working the lines and ensuring there was always fresh bait while we trolled. They fished using multiple techniques which was really cool to experience. We also caught sight of a large rooster, and the crew went after it aggressively. However, it wasn’t meant to be as they couldn’t get the rooster to hit our lines. Cooler was also filled with plenty snacks, fresh fruit, water, beers, and other drinks. Needles to say we would highly recommend Oscar and the Quepos Osmak charter. We will definitely be back to fish with Oscar, to go after trophy roosters, Dorados and Tuna deep sea.

1 day notice, but it was possible to book 12 House before the trip.
Plan was in-shore, but the water was to cloudy, so Oscar & Harry where verry kind to change plan!! And take me a long way out to go off-shore fishing to try For mahi-mahi!
It was a geest experience, we saw a lot of turtels And dolphins. We went trolling And had a great strike of a big Mahi-Mahi 🎣💥

It was an amzing fight!! But Just before we van take the fish in the boot, i did not pay attention of excitment ..And the fish went off… grrrrr…. 😫
The captain, Oscar tried to do everything to force another bite But today it stays only by one strike.
The other boats Around had no luck ether, so that feels better, I think 🤣

Oscar and mate Harry are verry good friendly fisherman And now what they are doing!!
They do all the tricks to give you a great day!
And it was a great day!!
I fish a lot and did Many tours over the years, so I can say of I was good it’s good.
But some day’s are great and others less.
That is also fishing, nature dicide
