I appreciate the honesty of the captain and crew. We were going into rough water as most of the boats were still going out. Instead of going out and calling the trip early they told us that the water is rough and he would go out if we really wanted to but due to the rough waters we would not have an enjoyable trip. They refunded us instead of charging us for a trip that they knew would not be enjoyable for us. Thank you for your honesty and we will see you again.

Went walleye fishing in July with Captain Vic. We had 2 couples plus a 5 year old child. The boat and equipment were clean and in great shape. The open sides made maneuvering about easy and gave us plenty of room to fish. Captain Vic truly made this experience the best charter I have taken. He is extremely knowledgeable about fishing, the lakes, and the best fishing spots. Because of a 45 minute rain that came through, our trip was extended to get our full amount of fishing time in. On a more personal side, he is a very interesting man. We spent hours talking with him on almost every subject. Probably one of the most intelligent persons you will ever meet. Best of all, he could keep the 5 year old entertained as well!! As we came in late and the fish cleaning stations were closed, he fileted our walleye.  Highly, highly recommend this charter with Captain Vic and this boat. I plan on coming back.

Absolutely great experience. Our boat Captain Cody worked hard to put us on the fish and made sure we caught our limit. The fishing was challenging and so much fun. Definitely a memorable fishing trip.
