- Background
- I was born and raised in Florida in this area and have fished and been on the water my entire life. On my 5th birthday I was finally allowed to go offshore fishing with my father and his friends and from that moment on I was hooked, I knew exactly what I wanted to be when I grew up. I have worked as a first mate for many years under one of the oldest captains in the area logging many years on the ocean. I have learned many valuable tricks and tips from him before getting my captains license and started doing trips of my own. I love catching fish but I love teaching others even more and watching their faces light up when they get to catch their own fish. It’s truly a priceless moment for me and what I live for.
- Techniques
- I love both bottom fishing and trolling. It is truly up to the customers on what they would like to do for the day. I like to have 4 or less on the boat, it is both more comfortable and less tangles when bottom fishing.
