This family business operated by farther and son who speak English are truly top notch. We caught 13 fish in a little over 4 hours. Many different varieties, including Mackerel, Mahi, Bonito, 2 types of Snapper and a Large Jack. The boat is perfect, and we’ll maintained.  They are focused on you , the customer and nothing else….Very professional and I highly recommend them….

  This was our first charter in Mexico, and we are very happy with our choice. We booked the six hour tour, and we had a blast. Ricardo knows the bay very well and even pointed out a manta ray and a whale. After about fifty minutes of fishing in the bay, we caught our first fish. It was a beautiful bonito and we proceeded to catch about 4 more in the span of 15 minutes. After fishing around for a bit more, we caught even more bonito. We decided we had had caught enough bonito for now, and went looking for Crevalle Jack. The first one we hooked fought for a good 20 minutes before we were able to land it. After that, we caught a second Crevalle Jack and headed back to the dock. On the way back, we ran into a huge school of bonito and caught our limit. It was a great way to end our day of fishing. Our friends went with this charter a couple of days before us and had great success so we decided to book them as well. Due to the overnight weather the fishing patterns had change the morning of our trip. These guys worked hard and tried multiple methods and baits to find and catch fish. They never gave up and we appreciate that. We did land one fish in the boat and lost another one before it got to the boat. I am sure if the weather had not interfered with the fishing patterns we would have caught multiple fish like our friends did a couple of days before. If you want a friendly group of guys that will work hard to ensure you will catch some fish these guys are your charter.

Our captain, Ricardo, and the First Mate were both tremendous, providing us with a once in a lifetime adventure! We caught fish almost as soon as a line hit the water! Off shore was a little slower, but we caught our limit of Mahimahi before our time was up. Ricardo did an awesome job in cleaning and fileting the fish.

Ricardo was amazing.  He is very knowledgeable and made our daughter’s first trip very special.  He went above and beyond. We caught a bunch of fish, Bonita, a barracudas, and a few big Jack crevalle or yellow jacks. Highly recommend Chimar charter. We had a blast. Thanks for a great day
