Great inshore fishing experience.  Had us on fish first thing in the morning.  It took us a bit to figure out how to hook ‘em, but the we did pretty we did pretty well.  My granddaughter caught the first and then the biggest and we all had a great time!

My 8 year old son and I had an absolute BLAST with Captain Ryan. He helped us catch a bunch of fish. His boat is perfect for maneuvering through the river and he is extremely skilled and great with kids. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun day on the water!

While on vacation with my wife from Georgia, we made a last minute decision to go on a fishing trip. It was a great experience! Captain Ryan was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife, which he cast and baited her line every time. She absolutely loved it that! She managed to reel her multiple catches in by herself. We will definitely be saving “HooknReel Charters” information for future trips to Florida. 2 thumbs up!!!

We caught one two Red Drum, and five snook, and had quite a few more bites in the inlets off of the Banana River, near Patrick Shores, Florida.  unfortunately none of these were big enough to keep, or season was closed in the case of the larger Red Drum.  The largest snook was 25 inches, three less than the legal limit.  Capt McKay was knowledgeable and we learned a lot and had a lot of fun.
