Captain Russ and his mate Bobby did a great job at making our fishing trip enjoyable. They respected our desire to wear masks on the boat and they help make our first trip during quarantine enjoyable. We caught a lot of fish and they did a great job at cleaning and bagging them for us. I would strongly encourage everyone to chose Top Notch Charter for their next family fishing outing.

Awesome time.  Just out if the inlet fish were hammering.  The crew moved us around to try and catch something different.  Not as much action, but worked out. Ended the day with a monster catch.  Highly recommend.

Captain Russ and first mate Reese were wonderful.  They were very friendly and worked on teaching the kids.  We were on fish almost the whole time and had a great time.  The boat was awesome too.  Highly recommend!

1/2 day trip, storms avoided & abundant fishing! Capt. Russ knows where the fish are! Carl, our mate is extremely knowledgeable, not only about fishing but the Chesapeake Bay & the species under the sea. He never tired of our questions and added so much to to our trip. Awesome trip!  Had a ton of fun and caught lots of fish. Spanish Mackerel were biting, and then we went after some shark. Sadly only 1 shark was biting. Beyond that the boat was immaculate, Captain Russ and Carl were first class when it came to taking care of us, teaching us, and entertaining us. Thank you from all of us at the Hemphill family. I would recommend this charter to everyone from young to old. Youngest with us was 6, oldest was 56 and from young to old we all had a blast!
