On the review the client forgot to mention that we spoke to her about the weather and suggested to delay or cancel the trip this was emphasized several time before departing the dock because we knew the seas were going to be rough but the client wanted to go and asked us to please try which we did to try and please them,  as expected seas were rough
The captain stopped several times and spoke to the clients, at any point they could have asked to return but never said anything about returning they wanted tuna which the captain found about 12-14 miles out but the minute they started to fish the kids got sick and the asked to return inshore   The client finished the day inshore and never ask to return to the dock once back started complaining and wanting a large refund which they think they deserve
We did discount and refunded part if the trip but couldn’t please them even after it was their choice to go not ours some people you just cant please no matter what
My team does their best to please our client as all the other 5 star rating suggest
As they did with this client by going out as they requested with rough weather. Just to be blasted for doing exactly what was requested of them
At no time was the boat or group safety at risk it was just uncomfortable for them   But couldn’t have been too uncomfortable as they did stay out the entire 5 hour tour.
