Captain called night before . Weather shifted he reached out to change the time. All in effort to get us the best chances. The weather was perfect in morning. We had a great day catching tons of fish, and the most perfect weather. Made some memories for my family we will always cherish .  

Our fishing trip was so awesome for my husband and he ended up catching 9 fish. The captain was absolutely amazing as well and he was so kind for getting me back to shore quickly when I got sick half way through our trip and then let my husband continue out his time. I would definitely recommend this charter!

Was a great day on the water and even though most the other boats we talked to had a rough day with little to no luck we ended up with a cooler just shy of 40 fish not including what we threw back.  The last hour was the highlight when we had lots of action, multiple 3-4 hookups at a time.  We were all happy with the experience and will be booking an offshore trip with Double play Sport fishing.  Great trip for family and friends.

We booked a 4 hour trip with double play, the captain was very accommodating and knowledgeable.  It was very obvious that he’s been on the water most of his life and his people skills and knowledge of the fish were on point.  We caught several mackerel during our trip, all of legal size which we kept and the captain cleaned for us so we could have them for dinner that night. Captain was phenomenal. Super personable and helpful. Very good at staying calm and helping us while we were double hooked up on 30 pound red drums. Despite the chaos he made everything work. Made sure everyone on the boat had a fish, and everything else we needed!!
