It was a gorgeous day for fishing! In addition to pulling in some Jacks, we took a break so we could snorkel, and there were so many beautiful fish virtually right there in front of your eyes. Loved how the captain catered to the kids, finding a sea turtle, a giant manta ray, and a huge school of little manta rays that he got us near so we could see them. We had a wonderful time on this fishing adventure.  Our drivers set up all the fishing gear and equipment, then gave us a scenic tour of the bay, including close-up looks at whales and schools of dolphins.  The fish weren’t really biting this morning but we still caught two (tuna) which we were able to eat afterwards for a delicious lunch.  The crew was attentive and helpful, keeping everyone in good spirits and catching every opportunity for us. I’d go again!

Hector and Issac are young, but they knew exactly what they were doing. We caught 5 skipjack. Everyone got to reel one in. They were so fast at filleting the fish, I missed it! They told us a restaurant that would cook it for us right by the pier. For $250 pesos they seasoned it and grilled it with rice and veggies. It was so fresh and amazing! They were there waiting for us when we arrived a little early. It was early in the morning and the Uber dropped us on in a neighborhood that was a little creepy that time of day so glad they were there waiting for us.
