Orion was a great guide and tried everything under the sun to get us on some fish. None of the anglers in the river had much luck today but I think we did better than most. The weather was gloomy and he still made it a really fun trip and helped me improve my technique while patiently undoing my knots. I highly recommend them and will use them again for sure.

Will knew his fly fishing and communicated it well to me, as a novice. He was all about changing things up constantly to figure out some fish that were less than cooperative. Caught my first greyling - something you can’t do in New Jersey!  Brots and a beer for lunch was a bright spot on a rainy day. All in all the effort made for a successful day. Thanks again!

We had a slow morning fly fishing in Willow, but it picked up in the afternoon. Our guide, Shane, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. He tried everything to get us on some fish and it payed off. We had a great lunch on the shore and made many memories. I would highly recommend booking with Shane.

We had a great trip with Fishhound…we were on the tail end of the spawn so there were lots of fish that were expiring along the way.  We caught Dolly Varden, whitefish, and rainbow trout.  This is an all fly fishing trip so we also relearned and brushed up on fly fishing technique.  We had reindeer brats for lunch..very tasty! I had a great time. I had no previous experience in fly fishing but had an excellent introduction by James. He was very patient and gave me a great quick introduction and made sure I had a great time. I was able to learn many basic techniques and while My expectations of landing any fish was low, I was able to catch several. Highly recommend.
