We were a group of 6 for a family fishing trip. Different levels of experience and ages from 10 to 62. Captain Eric’s energy, enthusiasm absolutely made our trip, coupled with the fact he has the cleanest, smartest boat I’ve seen for a trip of our size. He’s a great captain and took us to the best spots. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to groups 100%.

Capt. Derrick had no issue putting us on different species of flats fish, like snook, redfish and tarpon, but sometimes getting fish to cooperate is tough. We were able to a few fish, but had many strikes, hookups and misses. We were also able to see many other species wildlife up close, like dolphins, rays, sharks and even crocodiles. All In the Everglades National Park.

My wife and I had a great time fishing the backwaters around Key Largo with Captain Derek.  He knows these waters and put us on a wide variety of fish.  I think on total we caught 6 different species.  Derek worked really hard and was great to talk to during the trip.  We would definitely fish with him again!

Eric was awesome! Flexible with start time due to weather. Even offered to switch days but we didn’t have the time. Seas were rough but he battled and found us fish for the trip and referred us to someone who could vacuum seal and ship out catch home so it will be Maui and black fin in Buffalo!!! Thanks for everything Eric! Go Bills!!

Capt Eric ran and searched until fish were in the boat.  My family had a great time!
