Trip Summary
This weekend’s trips produced excellent action across the Florida Keys, with steady bites and a great variety of species coming over the rails. On our Florida Keys fishing charters, anglers enjoyed productive conditions and nonstop opportunities throughout the day.
We put together a solid dinner catch of mangrove snapper, landing a bunch of nice-sized mangrove snappers that were perfect for the table. The snapper bite stayed consistent, making for a fun and rewarding inshore fishing trip.
The highlight of the weekend was an absolute beast — a giant jack crevalle that took nearly 20 minutes to land, putting both angler and tackle to the test. These powerful fish are known for their strength, and this one did not disappoint.
Adding to the excitement, we also landed a flounder, which is a rare catch in the Florida Keys and always a cool surprise on a guided fishing charter. Along with that, we caught several miscellaneous species, keeping rods bent and action steady throughout the trip.
Overall, it was another successful weekend of Florida Keys fishing, with great variety, memorable fights, and plenty of fresh fish headed home. Conditions are shaping up nicely, and we’re looking forward to more productive Florida Keys fishing trips in the coming days.
