Captain Sam was on time and prepared to take my daughter and I out fishing. We were after Peacock Bass and it didn’t take long to start catching ‘em.  It was a Great day on the water.  I would book this trip again. Thank you Captain Sam!

We had a wonderful time with Sam. A bit hit at times but we stuck it out and rewarded. Caught snakehead, peacock, snooks, large mouth, Mayans . Live bait was key and we had a great time.

Sam is personable, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, and the fishing in this stretch of the Everglades is outstanding. Caught some 60 fish in one day, mostly beautiful peacock bass, but also a few largemouth bass. Seen plenty of wildlife and other friendly fishermen. Highly recommended.

It is hard to find an Everglades fishing charter so conveniently located close to all of the major metro South Florida areas that also has excellent service and even better fishing - but Sam is exactly that. Sam uses an amazing 18’ McKee craft that feels so much larger than it actually is to get you on top of fish quickly, quietly, and efficiently.
Beyond that, Sam is an amazing guide and captain - he knows where the fish are, he knows what they’re going after, and he’s willing to take his time to show you where and how to fish the certain area you’re in. On top of that, Sam is a great guy who can easily strike up a conversation with you about literally any topic, and he’s just as excited as you will be when you hook into a fish.
I will, without a doubt, be fishing with Captain Sam again in the near future, and I highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a day of Everglades fishing close to home.
