We booked this trip last minute.  Chris was very accommodating and got us on some fish.  A cold front had moved in and made fishing more challenging, but Chris knew where to go to get my 2 boys some action.  We caught a variety of fish, even had a couple large redfish hooked.  But being rookie ocean fisherman we didn’t get them landed.  Was an awesome day regardless! We will definitely book again if we come back to visit the Tampa area.

My son and I had some free time to do some fishing after a soccer tourney in Feb.  Probably the toughest time to get on the fish due colder water and the additive problem of the fishery being disturbed after the recent hurricane.  We did inshore fishing due to time constraints to make a flight back home.  The early trip was foggy so we did a slow trip to a few spots Chris knew.  After dropping the lines, we were on fish.  My kid was having a blast pulling in a bunch of fish.  We hit a few different spots looking for more varieties and then switched it up and did some shark fishing.  Again, first line in, my son was on a shark and he had a nice fight on his hands.  We caught a bunch more sharks before our time was up.  Overall, well worth the time with my kid and watching him land some nice fish.  We will be back!  Chris rocked it!  Nice boat, solid gear, and a seasoned captain that knows the area well!

Without doubt one of the best fishing trips we have done, Captain Chris and his First mate for the day Kenny went above and beyond ensuring my two teenage boys had a trip to remember.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Chris who wasted no time getting us out on the water, we felt welcomed with such a friendly atmosphere, their professional attitude and fun and warm personalities coupled with Chris’s knowledge and wealth of experience ensured we had a fantastic start!

Chris’s boat was immaculate with plenty of water for the boys, all the rods and reels were primed and set up and Kenny was on hand to get the bait ready while Chris zipped through the water with expertise, the ride in itself was an adventure - The lads loved it. Chris’s advice on the times and day to go were spot on, we had the whole water practically to ourselves.

Due to the light of the Full Moon the previous night, we got off to a slow start, the fish had been feeding all night and were a little slow on the uptake making Chris and Kenny work a little harder but due to their skill and experience they pulled it out of the bag and knew all the right spots to ensure the lads bagged a few whoppers.

I’m extremely grateful and humbled for the additional extra time tuition Chris and Kenny gave up, out of their own day at no additional cost to ensure the boys left with an experience they’ll never forget.

Water was hot - 92 degrees, but Capt Chris found the bealst spots to make it a great day for me and my 13 year old. My son was double fisted multiple times catching 6-8 nice sized Red drum. Caught some nice trout too. Went out 7-31-25. Will definitely hit up Capt Chris again.

We booked with Captain Chris for a kids charter, the price was reasonable and communication was great. He got us on fish as soon as he put rods in. Caught 13 red fish in two hours and my son had so much fun. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! And will be a repeat customer after such a great experience! Even if we had not caught so many, he was so helpful and encouraging to my son and made the whole experience wonderful!
