While our boat’s air-conditioning was out of service due to equipment failure the day before, there is no mention of air conditioning in the amenities listed for the boat.  Until the mate mentioned the unit was inoperable, the client had no clue the boat was equipped with AC. Once he was informed the AC was out, he requested the trip be discounted to a rate equivalent to less than the expected fuel cost. The captain declined to provide a charter at less than operating costs.  The entire cost of the charter was less than 2k he claims to have paid.  This was a bay charter.  He asked his party if they wanted to cancel, and they all opted to proceed. Other than the person who posted the review, everyone else appeared pleased, saying they have never had such a good catch.  They were staying on Bolivar, just a short ferry ride away.  6 out of the 7 people sure seemed pleased. We do not clean or wash fish in a hazardous bucket on side of the wash bucket it says do not put hazardous materials in it it’s for food grade only. I do apologize that he was upset but before he even got to the boat he was already asking for a price cut without even seeing or knowing anything about the boat. Ps. He said that we clean carpet , we don’t clean carpet. And I’m still trying to figure out who fell off the boat no one to my knowledge. Thanks for reading this.
