We did a 3/4 day near shore trip. Caught 41 fish( keepers). False Albecore, Blue fish, Amberjack, Sea bass, Trigger fish. Capt Ralph had us going crazy. There were three of us fishing, and at times, 5 lines at a time with fish on while we trolled. Mason( 1st mate) worked his tail off supporting us. Cap and mate worked well together. Look no further if you’re going to charter fish the OBX.

Captain and first mate mason, were very friendly and personable and Very cool people. We Caught a good amount of fish for the short 4 hour tour and had a great time. The boat is amazing, the captain navigated beautifully. and first mate mason handled everything like a pro. Def recommend for any family looking for an easy going, good quality fishing trip.

First fishing trip for my family, wife and three boys (12, 11, 7). We started with dolphins playing in our wake. Limited on blue fish and caught 3 albacore. Weather was perfect, mate was super helpful, and the captain put us on the fish. Couldn’t have gotten any better. Actually, it did get better! Although the water was super rough the captain and the mate made our day the best it could be!  13 albacore, blue fish, and sea mullet. 2nd trip with this crew and highly recommend.

We fished in the Pamlico Sound due to the surf conditions in the ocean.  Caught a variety of fish, some of which we kept (Bluefish, Spot) and others that we released (Spanish Mackerel, Pigfish, Lizardfish, Flounder, Sea Bass).  The captain and mate were very accommodating and flexible.  In addition to the fish, the mate was well informed regarding the environment and water fowl.  It was a fun and educational experience for my group.
