My mom and i completed the Evening Fishing Experience with Captain Dave and had a great time.  Captain Dave called ahead and asked about our expectations and I let him know our skill level (none). Super patient man and kept us moving to find the fish.  A tornado warning completed our trip and off to shore we went. It’s a beautiful area to fish in as well.

The bite was very slow in the morning but Capt David was able to get us on the fish quickly. When he did we caught everything on the menu trout black drum redfish even a few flounder. If you are looking for a Capt that will get you on the fish and is very attentive and has a great and positivity attitude and very easy to have conversations with Capt David is that guy.

We were in town for my daughters bday and wanted to make some memories. The kids wanted to take a boat ride, and I wanted to do some fishing so we decided to charter a boat for an afternoon trip. I was a little nervous about taking a 3 and 4 yo out on the water but it went great! We mainly focused on small easy fish for the kids to catch. Once the kids had their fill we went a little deeper for some bigger trout for the wife and I to catch. Everyone had fun and we got the memories we were after.

My wife and I and our two teenage kids had an awesome fishing trip with captain David. He is fabulous with kids teaching them how to fish. Captain David had a great personality and made the kids laugh while catching fish. They loved him. We caught specked trout, white trout, sheepshead and the kids caught several drum some over 30 pounds. It was a fabulous family trip on the water. If you are looking for a family fishing trip I highly suggest captain David charter.

Captain David called me because he was worried about the weather coming in on the day I had booked. He assured me he would get us out fishing in a few days after the weather improved and boy did he. He got us onto a lot of trout, drums, sheepshead, and unfortunately a few hardheaded cats. I caught a personal best on a hog of a black drum that will probably be hard for me to beat. I will definitely fish with Captain David again if I’m back in this area.
