My son and I spent the morning fishing with captain Jake and we had a fantastic time. He was clear with expectations, responsive and asked what we wanted to fish for. He provided helpful feedback to plan the best experience for us. We caught many fish including a 22lbs catfish! I can’t imagine having a better equipped boat or more knowledgeable captain. My son said that next time we go fishing, “I want to go with Captain Jake”

My son and I embarked on a 4 hour morning charter with concerns of surprisingly cold weather that might negatively impact our chances of bringing home fish in adequate numbers. Jake was very experienced in fishing, boating and a great host. Puts you on big fish and knows the lake and all the spots. Bring a large cooler if you go out with Jake! Highly recommend for anyone that’s looking for a great day fishing with a great captain. Huge boat plenty of seating and comfy seats(you’ll hardly be seated with the amount of fish you’re catching) 10/10 thank you Jake!

My family and I had an awesome time fishing with Captain Jake! He was a great captain, fisherman, guide, and host. His boat, rods, bait, knowledge of the lake, etc. really created a wonderful experience for my family and I. We only had a little fishing experience, but were able to catch lots and lots of crappy and perch,  several bass and a catfish! Captain Jake was great! He knew where to go to catch the fish, we came home with a boat load😂. Jake is very personable and explained everything very well. Highly recommend Captain Jake, me and my sons had a great time!!
