Techniques: I prefer trolling and bottom fishing all of the inshore/nearshore reefs, wrecks and especially live bottom areas while sight casting for larger gamefish. I also enjoy fishing around the jetties and inside the creeks for flounder, trout, sheepshead, red and black drum.

Went to Belkie Bear and couldn’t hardly get more than two lines in the water before we were hooked up over and over with Kings.

Brandon and Ryan caught Kings on a nearshore reef in the morning and Redfish in the afternoon doubling up on overslot and slot one after another for 3hrs straight!

Had an awesome day with Captain Woods. Even tho the fish gods were not smilingly upon us we still managed to hook a couple small rays. Never the less the professionalism and hospitality of the captain made the trip well worth it. Can’t wait to come back and give it another go. Thank you Capt. Woods.

I appreciate it! We’re always under the mercy of the bite. Lots of rain, heat, heavy winds and ocean conditions have deteriorated the bite around here. I sure did have a great time with y’all and it wasn’t lack of effort yet lots of fun! Hope to see y’all back here in the near future buddy!

Had a great time. Captain was very nice and walked us through every step. Caught a good variety of fish. He filleted the fish for us at the end of the trip. Water was a little rough but that is to be expected. Overall good experience for family.
